What a compressed three-day Riung and Komodo plan actually involves, and why four days is the honest minimum.
A 3D2N Riung and Komodo trip is not a packaged product — it is a Riung boat day stitched to a separate Komodo leg, with 340 km of travel between them.
The two legs
Two separate arrangements, and one long transfer between them.

340 km of road, eleven to thirteen hours, or a flight if the schedules line up. This is the day that breaks the plan.

Booked ahead through an operator, priced per boat, and running out of Labuan Bajo rather than Riung.

Our advice
Three days means one leg is a rushed half-day and the transfer is done tired. Four gives each place a proper day.
If four is genuinely impossible, do one of them well rather than both badly. Komodo has the wildlife; Riung has the quiet.
Riung boats are arranged locally, at the pier. For the Komodo leg or a full Flores itinerary, the reservations desk answers on WhatsApp.
