Tickets & permits
What is officially set, what is only reported, and what you are actually asked for on the day.
There is no advance permit and no online quota for Riung — you pay a small local retribusi, reported at Rp 5,000 for Indonesian and up to Rp 100,000 for foreign visitors, at or before the pier.
What you pay
Establishing which of these is included is the whole negotiation.

Chartered per boat for a standard day, and entirely separate from the retribusi. Ask for price.

A different park: Rp 250,000 flat for foreign visitors under PP 36/2024, plus a ranger fee. Nothing to do with Riung.

What we could not verify
We could not locate an official Riung tariff document. The figures above are what independent Indonesian sources report visitors paying, which is a weaker claim and we say so.
Komodo's tariff, by contrast, is set in PP No. 36/2024 and can be cited directly. The difference reflects institutional resourcing, not carelessness.
Riung boats are arranged locally, at the pier. For the Komodo leg or a full Flores itinerary, the reservations desk answers on WhatsApp.
